One unified, human, and thoughtful e-commerce experience of Goodwine.

Goodwine is not just a premium store in Kyiv with nationwide delivery—it’s an ecosystem of multiple sub-brands: alcohol, cosmetics, recipes, and other goods. Each brand has its website, design, and structure. This fragmentation creates an inconsistent user experience and complicated management.

Our goal was to unify Goodwine’s entire online presence into a single platform that was both aesthetically pleasing and functionally flexible, capable of evolving over time. Most importantly, it needed to preserve the friendly, unobtrusive atmosphere of the offline store.

We began with in-depth research—exploring existing resources, understanding each department’s logic, and auditing the entire digital infrastructure.

Rather than simply merging sub-brand websites, we created a scalable architecture. Each section maintains its unique identity while adhering to a shared logic, resulting in a modular system with unified templates that can adapt to any content type. We also introduced the concept of a landing within a landing—a versatile block that can be embedded into any page for campaigns, announcements, or offers.

These solutions enable the dynamic Goodwine team to publish relevant content quickly.

Previously, Goodwine’s visual approach lacked consistency across pages. Our new design gives each sub-brand equal prominence while preserving individuality and creating a cohesive experience. We showcased the Goodwine team’s quality content and added local authenticity through Ukrainian typefaces, Geraldton and Mariupol.

We brought Goodwine’s personal touch to the website through innovative customization: users can set preferences, like veganism, to filter out irrelevant products. Likewise, we added interactive quizzes tailored to specific shopping needs (such as picnic planning) and streamlined unconventional purchasing flows.

The system accommodates various interaction levels, ranging from quick purchases to in-depth catalog exploration.

From day one, we collaborated closely with the entire client team, encompassing marketing, delivery specialists, and all other relevant departments. This engagement helped us understand the brand from within and create a solution that works effectively, extending the physical store experience.

Our team actively supports the project, providing assistance with testing, guiding developers, and holding weekly client meetings. Beyond a simple backlog, we’ve developed a comprehensive roadmap for future iterations. We’ve created a system that feels complete even in its early versions and continues to strengthen with each update.
